Ingredients:

• 1 – whole Chicken
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – small Potatoes
• 1 – chilli pepper
• 1 – Carrot
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
• Seasoning:
• 2 tbsp – gochujang
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger
• 2 tbsp – ground red pepper
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 2 tbsp – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Rice wine
• 2 tbsp – white wine
• 1 -2 cups – water

Method:

  1. Clean vegetables and cut into big piece.
  2. Marinate chicken in white wine and grated ginger.
  3. In a big, deep skillet heat oil and stir-fry chicken pieces.
  4. Add vegetables. Stir for about 5 mins and add 1-2 cups water, and add half the seasoning.
  5. Boil for 30 mins over medium heat.
  6. Add the rest of the seasoning, and boil for about 10 more mins.
  7. When water is reduced, add salt and black pepper.
