
Ingredients:
• Dosa mix
• 1 cup – minced Chicken
• 2 – 3 tsp – Tomato sauce
• Ginger powder
• Chaat masala (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- First prepare dosas with the dosa mix. Keep it aside after brushing the surface of the dosas with some oil or ghee.
- Then fry the chicken till golden brown.
- After a couple of mins, add a pinch of ginger powder, chaat masala and salt – pepper to taste.
- Finally, add the sauce and stir for some time.
- Then spread it over the dosa and roll up. Serve hot.
