Ingredients:
• 200 g – dried Prawns or shrimps.
• 6 – medium size onions, chopped finely.
• 300 g – oil.
• 2 tsp – chilli powder.
• 1 tbsp – chopped garlic.
• 1 tbsp – cumin powder.
• 4 tbsp – vinegar.
Method:
- Wash the dried prawns well and remove all the sandy residue.
- Drain off all the water.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns, till golden brown.
- Remove and keep aside.
- Fry the onions in the remaining oil, till light brown.
- Add the chopped garlic, chilli powder, cumin powder, vinegar and saute for 10 minutes.
- Now add the fried prawns and simmer till dry.
