Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Carrots
• 1 can – condensed Milk
• 1 can – evaporated Milk
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Dry fruits – for garnish

Method:

  1. Grate carrots.
  2. Add butter to a skillet, when it warms add the grated carrot. Lower the heat and cook for about 10 min.
  3. Now add both the evaporated milk and condensed milk. Cook for 10-15 mins on low heat.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits
