Ingredients:
• 2 cups – all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 – Egg (beaten)
• 1/3 cup – vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup – mashed Banana
• 1/2 cup – Walnut (chopped)
Method:
- Preheat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl and make a well in the centre.
- Mix the milk, egg, oil, banana and walnuts in a small bowl.
- Pour this mixture into the well created in the other bowl.
- Mix the batter just until it turns moist.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin cups.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the muffins turn golden brown or a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
