Ingredients:

• 4 – Tomatoes large
• 4 – Onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• salt
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 1 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies finely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  3. Add the chopped onions and saute till it turns golden brown.
  4. Add the green chillies and fry some more.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook for a minute.
  6. Add 1 cup of water and cook well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapattis.
