Ingredients:
• 4 – Tomatoes large
• 4 – Onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• salt
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies finely.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and saute till it turns golden brown.
- Add the green chillies and fry some more.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for a minute.
- Add 1 cup of water and cook well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapattis.
