Ingredients:
• 2 cups-rice
• 1 cup -tuvar dal
• 1 cup-split peas
• 1 cup-urad dal
• 5-green chillies
• 4- Red Chillies
• 1.5 tbsp- salt
• 1/4 tbsp-hing powder
Method:
- Soak rice and the dals together in water for 2 hours.
- Grind them into a fine paste adding red, green chillies, salt and hing powder
- Keep the paste for 1/2 hour and make adai just like dosa in a frying pan.
- Serve it with sambar or chutney or butter and sugar.
