
Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• Salt to taste
• A pinch – ajinomotto
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• Black pepper – to taste
Method:
- Hard boil the eggs. Remove the shell and cut into halves
- Fry the eggs till brown, keep it aside
- In a pan add oil. Add chopped onion, chillies, tomato, capsicum
- Now add salt, ajinomoto and black pepper. Saute it till all they are fried well
- In a cup, take tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and soya sauce. Pour this in and saute it for a while
- In another cup, take 2 tsp of corn flour (mixed with some water), pour it into the pan.
- Saute it till the gravy thickens. Now add the boiled eggs.
- After 5 mins, serve
