Ingredients:

• 4 – eggs
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• Salt to taste
• A pinch – ajinomotto
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• Black pepper – to taste

Method:

  1. Hard boil the eggs. Remove the shell and cut into halves
  2. Fry the eggs till brown, keep it aside
  3. In a pan add oil. Add chopped onion, chillies, tomato, capsicum
  4. Now add salt, ajinomoto and black pepper. Saute it till all they are fried well
  5. In a cup, take tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and soya sauce. Pour this in and saute it for a while
  6. In another cup, take 2 tsp of corn flour (mixed with some water), pour it into the pan.
  7. Saute it till the gravy thickens. Now add the boiled eggs.
  8. After 5 mins, serve
