Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Maida
• 2 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• A pinch of Salt
• A pinch of baking powder

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, egg, sugar, milk, curd, salt and baking powder. Mix it well until you have a smooth dough.
  2. Cover with a wet cloth and leave to rest for 2 hours.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls.
  4. Take one ball and roll out on a lightly floured surface into a circle.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and deep fry.
  6. Serve with chicken curry or any vegetable curry.
