Ingredients:

• 2 – onions, chopped
• 6 tbsp – oil
• 5 – eggs, boiled
• 1/4 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1.5 tbsp – dry chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 3 tsp – Milk

Method:

  1. Heat some oil, add onions and ginger paste. Fry until it becomes semi-brown.
  2. Add boiled eggs and dry chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Then add milk
  3. Cover and cook, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
