
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1/2 cup – Oats
• 3/4 tsp – baking soda
• 3/4 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 3/4 cup – choc chips
• Wet Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup – oil
• 2 – Banana
• 2 tbsp – water
Method:
- Puree the banana in a mixie.
- Transfer it to a wide mouthed bowl.
- Add sugar and oil to this mixture.
- Mix it briskly for 2 mins. with an electric beater
- To this add the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and water.
- Mix gently, stir in the choc chips.
- Pre heat the oven in 160 degree C for 5 mins.
- Spoon the muffin liner with 3/4 of the banana mixture.
- Bake for 18-20 mins.
- Cool it and serve.
