
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Water
• 1 cup – Sugar
• Zest of 2 Oranges
• 1 cup – Orange juice
• 1 cup – Whipped Cream
Method:
- Bring to boil all the ingredients except the whipped cream, let the syrup thicken and put off the stove.
- Strain the syrup and keep aside until it gets cool.
- Stir in the cream, pour the mixture in a stainless steel bowl and freeze for an hour.
- Whisk the mixture and arrange again in freezer.
- Whisk every 2 hours and let it sit in freezer overnight.
- Before serving, keep the gelato in fridge for a few minutes and serve in scoops.
