Ingredients:

• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Butter (at room temperature)
• 3 tbsp – Cocoa powder
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/4 cup – Roasted Peanuts
• A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Beat the butter until it turns soft, add the sugar and beat for a few minutes.
  2. Now add gradually the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and roasted peanuts and turn into a dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and arrange a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  4. Make small balls from the dough, flatten them in your palms, arrange over the baking sheet and press on top with a fork.
  5. Bake in middle rack for 15-20 minutes or until the top turns firm.
  6. Keep aside and let them cool.
  7. Enjoy with a cup of coffee.
