Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Whole Wheat pastry flour
• 1/2 cup – Banana puree
• 1/2 cup – All-purpose flour
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 2 tbsp – Flax seed meal
• 2 tbsp – Maple Syrup
• 1/4 cup – Chocolate chips
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• Salt
• Oil as per need
Method:
- Mix together whole wheat pastry flour, all-purpose flour, banana puree, yoghurt, baking powder, maple syrup, chocolate chips, cinnamon powder and salt.
- Make a thick batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of this pancake batter and cook on both sides until they turn brown.
- Serve warm along with maple syrup or honey.
