Ingredients:

• 1/2- Coconut scraped
• 5-6 Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp- Fenugreek seeds
• Goose berry sized Tamarind
• 1 tsp- Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry red chillies and fenugreek seeds till fenugreek seeds become brown.
  2. Grind the fried ingredients together with coconut, tamarind and salt with little water.
  3. Serve with rice.
