Ingredients:

• Fish – 500 g
• Onion – 2, medium slice
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
• Grated Coriander leaves – few
• Grated Green chilli – a few
• Salt – to taste
• Sugar – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – to fry
• Bread slices – as needed

Method:

  1. Boil the fish and remove the bones and make keema
  2. Put oil in a pan, add onion and saute till colour changes
  3. Add boiled fish, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, grated green chilli, coriander leaves and sugar
  4. Fry it in low flame and remove after a few minutes
  5. Take a slice of bread and soak it in plain water and take out quickly
  6. Stuff fish kemma into bread, press the bread and shape into desired shapes
  7. Now heat oil in a kadai and fry the bread roll, till golden brown
  8. Serve hot with chutney and salad
