
Ingredients:
• 500 g fish, deboned
• 5 Garlic flakes
• 1 inch Ginger
• 5-6 Green chillies
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp Corn flour
• 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• Bread slices
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Clean and wash the fish, debone it and cut into big pieces.
- Boil the pieces till done. Remove and drain. Then mash the fish.
- Make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add it to the mashed fish.
- Add turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and garam masala.
- Add corn flour and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
- Make oval rolls of the mixture.
- For each roll:
- Take 1/2 cup milk. Dip a bread slice in it. Remove and press the milk out.
- Put one roll in the centre of the bread.
- Cover the roll with both ends of bread.
- Care should be taken that the roll is not seen.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
