Ingredients:

• 500 g fish, deboned
• 5 Garlic flakes
• 1 inch Ginger
• 5-6 Green chillies
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp Corn flour
• 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• Bread slices
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the fish, debone it and cut into big pieces.
  2. Boil the pieces till done. Remove and drain. Then mash the fish.
  3. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add it to the mashed fish.
  4. Add turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and garam masala.
  5. Add corn flour and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  6. Make oval rolls of the mixture.
  7. For each roll:
  8. Take 1/2 cup milk. Dip a bread slice in it. Remove and press the milk out.
  9. Put one roll in the centre of the bread.
  10. Cover the roll with both ends of bread.
  11. Care should be taken that the roll is not seen.
  12. Deep fry till golden brown.
