
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Any fillets
• 1/2 cup – halved black Grapes
• 1/2 cup – diced Olives
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 – cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – curry powder
• 1/8 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – chopped Parsley
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Mix vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil well. Add it to mayonnaise such that it blends well.
- Mix all the ingredients except grapes and olives.
- Pour mayonnaise, and mix well.
- Garnish with grapes and olives.
- Serve with sour cream.
