Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked Any fillets
• 1/2 cup – halved black Grapes
• 1/2 cup – diced Olives
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 – cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – curry powder
• 1/8 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – chopped Parsley
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil well. Add it to mayonnaise such that it blends well.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except grapes and olives.
  3. Pour mayonnaise, and mix well.
  4. Garnish with grapes and olives.
  5. Serve with sour cream.
