Ingredients:
• 8 – slices of bread
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 1/4 cup – plain flour (maida)
• 3 tbsp – powdered Sugar (as per taste)
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp – Butter (for frying)
Method:
- In a bowl, put the flour. Slowly add the milk, stirring continuously. Mix it well
- Add cinnamon powder, beaten eggs, vanilla essence and powdered sugar.
- Blend it well.
- Heat a griddle and spread a little butter over it (approx 1/2 tbsp for each toast).
- Dip each bread slice and put it on the griddle.
- Let it cook till golden brown (approx 2-3 min).
- Turn it around and let the other side also cook.
- Remove from fire and serve with maple syrup.
- Do the other toast in the same manner using butter as needed.
