Ingredients:

• 3 boiled potatoes, mashed well
• 1 cup – boiled fish without bones
• 2 onions, minced well
• 2 green chillies, minced
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Mint leaves
• 2 eggs, beaten well
• 3 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Mix the fish together with the potatoes, onions, green chillies, pepper powder, salt, tomato sauce, 1 beaten egg, butter and mint.
  2. Place this mixture in flat pan.
  3. Brush all over with the remaining beaten egg on top.
  4. Steam this mixture in a suitable pan or a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with bread.
