Ingredients:
• 4 nos – Onions
• 2 nos 0 Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• few Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – Coconut
• 2 – cloves, pattai
Method:
- Add some oil in the pan.
- Saute onions and add chicken
- Fry for few minutes and add tomato, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and dhanya powder.
- Grind the coconut ,cloves & pattai, then mix it with the chicken.
- Add salt & water .
- When the gravy becomes thick turn off the fire and serve.
