Ingredients:

• 4 – Chicken breasts
• 5 dessert spoon – Oil for deep frying
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Black pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 pinches – Nutmeg powder
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 pinch – Food colour (optional)
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken breasts. Drain out all the water and pat it dry.
  2. Mix all the ingredients to make a paste.
  3. Coat the chicken with this mixture.
  4. Marinate for one hour in the freezer.
  5. After one hour deep fry the chicken.
  6. You can also shallow fry it.
