
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1 1/2 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 4 tbsp – ground Sugar
• 5 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Mix together maida, poppy seeds and sugar.
- Rub in ghee and add enough water to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and shape each ball into a long finger.
- Press a little in the centre with your thumb and deep fry in ghee till crisp and golden.
- Drain, cool and store in air tight container.
