Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – fresh cut Ginger
• 1.5 tsp – Coriander seed
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 3 tbsp – Brown sugar powder.
Method:
- Soak ajwain, jeera and coriander seeds for 2 hours and grind it to a fine paste with ginger.
- Put all these in a microwave friendly container and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then add the brown sugar and ghee and place the container back in the microwave.
- Cook the lehyam for about 10 minutes, but in-between take out the container and stir it.
- Cook it till the ghee glistens on the sides and there is no water left in the lehyam.
- Store it in a jar.
