Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Suji
• 1 cup – Butter
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1 cup – desiccated Coconut
• 4 – eggs
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth and thick batter.
- Add a little milk if required and let it stand for 15 mins.
- Pour the batter into an 9 inch x 9 inch x 3 inch greased and floured cake tin.
- Tap the tin gently a few times on a flat surface to remove air bubbles.
- Bake in a moderate oven, (350 F) till done.
- Cool and cut into diamond shape pieces.
