Ingredients:

• 2 cup – cooked basmati Rice
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – groundnut
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 4 – Red Chillies
• 5 tsp – vegetable oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and add red chilli and groundnut
  2. When heated then put grated coconut. Fry it till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add the cooked basmati rice and salt to taste.
  4. Mix well and serve
