Ingredients:

• 500 g – Wheat flour
• 125 g – gond (edible gum)
• 250 g – powdered Sugar
• 350 g – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – powdered Cardamom
• 100 g – chopped Almonds

Method:

  1. Keep the gond in the sun to dry well.
  2. Grind it into channa dal sized pieces.
  3. Heat ghee and fry the gond.
  4. When it puffs up, remove from ghee and keep aside.
  5. Roast the flour in the remaining ghee till light brown on low heat.
  6. Mix fried gond, powdered sugar, powdered cardamom and chopped almonds.
  7. Divide the mixture into 15 portions and shape each portion into a laddoo.
