Ingredients:
• 500 g – Wheat flour
• 125 g – gond (edible gum)
• 250 g – powdered Sugar
• 350 g – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – powdered Cardamom
• 100 g – chopped Almonds
Method:
- Keep the gond in the sun to dry well.
- Grind it into channa dal sized pieces.
- Heat ghee and fry the gond.
- When it puffs up, remove from ghee and keep aside.
- Roast the flour in the remaining ghee till light brown on low heat.
- Mix fried gond, powdered sugar, powdered cardamom and chopped almonds.
- Divide the mixture into 15 portions and shape each portion into a laddoo.
