Ingredients:

• 5 – gooseberries
• 1 cup – Curd
• 4 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil gooseberries in hot water for 10-15 mins. Let it cool. Remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Grind gooseberry, green chilli and salt.
  3. Add some curd to grind into fine paste.
  4. Mix it with curd. Garnish with coriander leaves.
