Ingredients:

• 7 to 8 Green chillies
• 3 to 4 tbsp – Vinegar
• ½ tsp – soya sauce
• pinch pepper
• pinch salt
• pinch aji-no-motto

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the green chillies. Chop finely.
  2. Gently rub on paper to remove the excessive seeds.
  3. In a bowl mix together green chillies, vinegar, soya sauce, pepper, salt and aji-no-motto.
  4. Keep aside for couple of hours.
  5. Refrigerate and use when required.
