Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – fish
• 2 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 4 tsp – Coriander leaves paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cloves powder
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 3 tsp – oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix green chilli paste, coriander leaves paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cloves powder, salt and stir well.
  2. Wash the fish and marinate with in mixture for 10 to 15 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until golden brown.
  4. Add the marinated fish, tomato and cook for 10 minutes over a low flame.
