Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fish
• 2 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 4 tsp – Coriander leaves paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cloves powder
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 3 tsp – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix green chilli paste, coriander leaves paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cloves powder, salt and stir well.
- Wash the fish and marinate with in mixture for 10 to 15 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated fish, tomato and cook for 10 minutes over a low flame.
