Ingredients:

• 6 – Large Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 tsp – chopped Parsley
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook till soft.
  2. Remove the skins and mash well.
  3. Add the butter, milk, parsley, pepper, salt and mix well.
  4. Serve with toast and any baked dish.
