Ingredients:

• 5 – hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup – of besan/gram flour
• 1/2 tsp – of Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander paste
• 1/2 cup – water
• Use Rice powder Rice or Rice atta
• 1 tsp – of crisper patties
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Slice boiled eggs and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, add besan, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and coriander paste.
  3. Mix 1/2 cup of water to make it a smooth, thick batter.
  4. Leave for 2 min and add 1 tsp of rice powder.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, dip each egg slice into the batter and put it delicately into the oil and repeat the same for others.
  6. Fry till it turns crisp and serve hot with tomato sauce
