Ingredients:
• 5 – hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup – of besan/gram flour
• 1/2 tsp – of Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander paste
• 1/2 cup – water
• Use Rice powder Rice or Rice atta
• 1 tsp – of crisper patties
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Slice boiled eggs and keep aside.
- In a bowl, add besan, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and coriander paste.
- Mix 1/2 cup of water to make it a smooth, thick batter.
- Leave for 2 min and add 1 tsp of rice powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip each egg slice into the batter and put it delicately into the oil and repeat the same for others.
- Fry till it turns crisp and serve hot with tomato sauce
