Ingredients:
• 24 Chicken Wings
• 5 tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce or Tobasco Sauce
• 4 tablespoons Butter
• 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
• 2 quarts Vegetable Oil for deep frying
• Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Cut off tips, and separate each wing at the joint. In a large skillet deep fry chicken wings in oil for 10 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crisp, remove them and drain well. Drain the oil.
- Melt butter/margarine in skillet, then add hot sauce and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir all together. Add cooked chicken to sauce and stir over low heat to coat. The longer the wings simmer in the sauce, the hotter they will be. Serve warm.
