Ingredients:
• Carrots- 3 – 4 (grated)
• Onions- 2
• Chillies- 2 – 3
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• salt – to taste
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the chillies.
- Add onion and saute until pink.
- Add grated carrot and mix well.
- Add salt to taste and a pinch of garam masala. Stir fry till the masala is cooked.
- Serve hot with rotis.
