Ingredients:

• Carrots- 3 – 4 (grated)
• Onions- 2
• Chillies- 2 – 3
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• salt – to taste
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the chillies.
  2. Add onion and saute until pink.
  3. Add grated carrot and mix well.
  4. Add salt to taste and a pinch of garam masala. Stir fry till the masala is cooked.
  5. Serve hot with rotis.
