Ingredients:

• 1 – bunch Spinach
• 1 – small Onion
• 1 – small Tomato
• 1-2 – Green chillies
• 2-3 flakes – Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• salt to taste
• 1 cup – water

Method:

  1. Pick spinach leaves and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Chop the onion, tomato and green chillies. Pressure cook all the ingredients for 8-10 mins.
  3. Open the pressure cooker when cooled down. Blend the mixture with a hand blender.
  4. Add more water as per your taste and boil for another 5 mins.
  5. Serve it hot with a wedge of lime or some cream.
