
Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 450 gms – minced Meat
• 2 tsp – crushed Garlic
• 2 tsp – grated Ginger
• 400 gms – peeled, chopped Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tbsp – ground coriander powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 whole chillies
• 1 Capsicum pepper, chopped
• 400 gms – kidney beans
• 250 ml water
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until very light brown.
- Add the minced meat, garlic and ginger and fry until the minced meat turns brown.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring them to a boil.
- Cover and allow it to simmer for 50 minutes.
- Serve with rice and plain yoghurt.
