Ingredients:

• 200g – plain flour
• 1 tsp – Yeast
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Warm together milk and water.
  2. Sprinkle in yeast, and mix.
  3. Stand covered for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix in yeast mixture into flour.
  5. Knead for 3-4 minutes till smooth.
  6. Cover and rest for 45 minutes.
  7. Knead again for 3 minutes.
  8. Take a lump of dough, pat or roll into a pizza base.
  9. Use dry flour to dust if required.
  10. Add pizza gravy as required, add toppings.
  11. Bake in a hot (300 degree C) oven, till base is crisp and light.
