
Ingredients:
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 cup – boiled tur dal
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – rasam powder
• 1 cup – water
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• A Pinch – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add all the other ingredients except lemon juice and bring to a boil.
- Allow it to cool for 2-3 minutes and then add the lemon juice.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
