Ingredients:
• 10 – Fresh Red Chillies
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 – Onion (big)
• 2 – Cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Tamarind extract
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Grind the chillies in a mixer until it becomes paste-like.
- Cut onions, tomatoes and garlic into very small pieces.
- Pour 2 spoons of oil in a kadai and fry the ground chillies.
- Put the onion, garlic and tomatoes in it.
- Stir it until it boils.
- Put salt and sugar and add the tamarind water.
- After 2 minutes, remove and put the chutney in a container.
- Pour 1 spoon of gingili oil and stir with a spoon.
- This can be taken with idly dosa.
