Ingredients:

• 10 – Fresh Red Chillies
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 – Onion (big)
• 2 – Cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Tamarind extract
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Grind the chillies in a mixer until it becomes paste-like.
  2. Cut onions, tomatoes and garlic into very small pieces.
  3. Pour 2 spoons of oil in a kadai and fry the ground chillies.
  4. Put the onion, garlic and tomatoes in it.
  5. Stir it until it boils.
  6. Put salt and sugar and add the tamarind water.
  7. After 2 minutes, remove and put the chutney in a container.
  8. Pour 1 spoon of gingili oil and stir with a spoon.
  9. This can be taken with idly dosa.
