
Ingredients:
• 4 – Chicken breast pieces
• 1/2 kg – Cottage cheese
• 2 tsp – garlic-ginger paste
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Lime
• 1 pinch – Mace powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Red Chilli powder as required
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix curd and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of garlic-ginger paste, finely chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp of gram masala, half the quantity of pepper powder and red chilli powder, according to your taste and about 1 tsp of salt.
- Mix well.
- Flatten the chicken breasts by placing on a flat surface and pounding with a rolling pin.
- Coat it with the ingredients mixed above.
- Then place in the fridge for about three hours.
- Cut the marinated chicken pieces into half.
- Cut thick slice of cheese into 8 numbers.
- Coat with garam masala and salt.
- Place each slice of cheese in one half of the marinated chicken and fold.
- Press the folds tightly from the corners.
- Bake in an oven for 10 minutes per side on medium heat.
- Enjoy with green chutney and salads.
