Ingredients:

• 32 oz – yogurt
• 1 tbsp – Corn oil
• A pinch – Mustard Seeds
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 4 – whole red chillies, broken
• Garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, chopped
• 1 stem – Curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Fenugreek, powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/8 tsp – Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Heat the oil sufficiently to break the mustard seeds in.
  2. Now add the chopped onion, red chillies, garlic, ginger and curry leaves.
  3. After frying these ingredients, add fenugreek, cumin, turmeric.
  4. Immediately lower the heat and add the beaten yogurt.
  5. Add water to desired dilution.
  6. Keep stirring under low heat with a wooden spoon.
  7. Never boil.
  8. The moment steam forms, remove from heat (or it will curdle) and continue to stir while adding salt to taste.
