Ingredients:

• 1 cup – cashews
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• A pinch – Saffron and Cardamom

Method:

  1. Boil milk and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan and boil.
  2. Add powdered nuts and stir till the cashew forms into a mass.
  3. Add saffron and cardamom and mix well.
  4. Remove to a greased plate and flatten it and cut into diamond shapes.
