
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 tbsp – Coconut
• 2-3 Green chillies
• 1/2 tbsp – spoon Tamarind
• salt to taste and oil for frying
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry spinach for few minutes.
- Add coconut, chillies and onion to the spinach and fry till the raw smell goes.
- Add tamarind and salt to the spinach and grind to a smooth paste.
- Again bring it to boil.
