Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – keerai
• 3-4 Cloves – Garlic
• Salt as needed
• 2 pinches – Sugar

Method:

  1. Remove the roots and wash the keerai well. Drain and chop it roughly.
  2. Boil a little water and add sugar and chopped greens.
  3. Cook until the stems get soft and then drain the water.
  4. Grind peeled garlic and salt in the mixer.
  5. Then add the cooked, cooled keerai and grind well.
  6. Serve with hot rice and ghee.
