Ingredients:

• 1 – large raw tothapuri Mango
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 3 pinches – Asafoetida

Method:

  1. Wash and chop mango into tiny pieces.
  2. Sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
  3. Keep aside for 10 mins.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
  6. Let them splutter.
  7. Add mango.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Serve after 20-30 mins when flavours have blended well.
