Ingredients:
• 1 – large raw tothapuri Mango
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 3 pinches – Asafoetida
Method:
- Wash and chop mango into tiny pieces.
- Sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
- Keep aside for 10 mins.
- Add sugar.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
- Let them splutter.
- Add mango.
- Mix well.
- Serve after 20-30 mins when flavours have blended well.
