Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cashew powder
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water
• 2 tbsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Boil sugar in water to form a thin syrup.
  2. On low heat, add the dry cashew powder and mix it well (the dough will resemble chapatti dough).
  3. Pour dough on a greased plastic sheet and knead.
  4. Roll dough with a rolling pin and cut into desired shapes.
