Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cashew powder
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Boil sugar in water to form a thin syrup.
- On low heat, add the dry cashew powder and mix it well (the dough will resemble chapatti dough).
- Pour dough on a greased plastic sheet and knead.
- Roll dough with a rolling pin and cut into desired shapes.
