
Ingredients:
• 2- raw mangoes, peeled and grated
• 2 cups- Catfish pieces
• 1 tsp -lemon juice
• 1 tsp- fish sauce
• 1/2 cup- sliced Onion
• 1/4 cup- chopped Spring onion
• 1/4 cup -roasted crushed Peanuts
• 2 tbsp – fresh chopped Mint
• 2 -green chillies, grind to paste
• 3 tbsp- Olive oil
• 1/4 tsp -crushed red pepper
• salt
• pepper
Method:
- Add crushed pepper to the olive oil and keep aside.
- Deep fry the fish pieces till golden brown.
- Drain and keep aside till it cools.
- Mix all the ingredients for the salad with the fish.
- Serve.
