Ingredients:

• 250 g – khova (mava)
• 1 tbsp – khuskhus seed
• 15 – kharik (dried dates) finely chopped
• 100 g – desiccated Coconut grated
• 100 g – khadi Sugar (large crystal Sugar)
• 50 g- khismis (raisins)

Method:

  1. Dry roast khuskhus till light brown and cool.
  2. Crumble khoya in a non-stick pan.
  3. Stir continuously on low flame.
  4. When lightly roasted, take off fire and mix in all other ingredients.
  5. Mix well with spatula to blend well.
  6. Store in airtight container.
