Ingredients:
• 200 ml – Milk
• 50g – tukda Rice
• 60g – khajoor
• Pistachio for garnish
Method:
- Soak tukda rice in water for 20 mins.
- Take a heavy bottom pan and cook the milk along with khajur & rice.
- Cook the mixture over fire until the rice is fully cooked.
- Get it to room temperature, then chill it in the fridge.
- Before serving, garnish with pistachio.
